🧾 Ingredients

• 1/2 Kiwi fruit
• 2 oz Gin
• 3/4 oz St. Germain
• 1/2 oz lime juice
• 1 oz Simple Syrup

🔧 Instructions

Muddle the kiwi and then add all the ingredients with ice to a shaker.

Shake well and double strain to a Nick & Nora glass and garnish with a kiwi slice.
